My charm/standee/pin looks hazy and blemished. What's wrong?
There's a protective film that needs to be peeled, then it will be nice and shiny! This is to protect from scratches during shipment.

Preorder vs. In stock
Unless It says (PREORDER) in the description, my items are in stock and usually ship next day! This is the case for preorder leftovers, prints, and original art.

NOTE:
In stock items bought with preorders will ship with the preorders! If you want to skip the wait, please order separately!

How do preorders work?
Great question! I'll normally have a preorder period for a few weeks, dates listed in the description. Preorders can take 1-2 months from ordering to delivery, but I will update you every step of the way on socials!

Do you ship internationally?
I'm slowly introducing international shipping to my shop, yes!

A thing I want is sold out! What do I do?
I can't guarantee it, but a lot of the time I'll bring things back if there's enough demand! Let me know if you missed something and want it.

I have a problem with my order!
Please contact me if you have issues or items are lost in transit! It happens, but I'm not notified and have a large volume of orders. I'd be happy to help! 

I'd like to cancel my order!
While I can accommodate helping with orders that get lost or damaged, I do not accept cancellation requests! Please respect that I am a small business and all sales are final.
